This International Women’s Day gathering has been carefully designed as a full-day immersion, blending wisdom, reflection, movement, and connection. Each element is curated to support clarity, integration, and lasting impact, with optional overnight accommodation available for those called to stay and deepen the experience.

The day begins with a gentle arrival on the land, welcome drinks, and time to settle into the surroundings. We open together with grounding and remembering, guided by Jane Hardwicke Collings, anchoring the gathering in lineage, ancestral wisdom, and the cyclical nature of womanhood. From here, the journey moves into the body. In conversation with Melissa Kupsch, the focus turns to intuition, self-trust, and sovereignty - reconnecting women with the intelligence of their bodies in modern life. Midday unfolds into a catered long-table lunch, designed for nourishment, integration, and relaxed connection. As the afternoon continues, Sarah Grynberg leads a session on clarity, confidence, and purposeful living, supporting women to translate insight into aligned action. The day then opens outward on the Rainforest Deck, where Grace Henry-Hicks sits in conversation with Lisa Jones for a future-facing discussion on community, collaboration, and what women need next. For those staying overnight, the experience gently deepens - with a catered candlelit community dinner, fireside conversation, and time to rest on the land. For Those Who Feel the Call to Stay

A rare overnight experience, held on the land, by the land.

For a limited number of women, Austinvilla opens as a place to remain - allowing the day to soften, deepen, and fully integrate. The evening is shared through an intimate community dinner and integration gathering alongside our incredible facilitators and fellow guests. Time slows. Conversation deepens. You are held in presence, connection, and stillness, followed by a full night’s rest on the land.

Morning lands gently - with movement, shared nourishment, and space to anchor clarity and intention before returning to the world beyond the rollinghills. This is where the gathering becomes something more. A continuation. A communion. A shared moment that lingers.

Overnight places are intentionally limited.

A range of accommodation options is available, from luxury private cabins, to two-bedroom cabins with shared bathrooms, through to our sleepover-style shared bunkhouse.
