Founder
Hi! I’m Grace Henry-Hicks, the founder of Holding Space with Grace.
At 19, I left home on a mission to “find my purpose.” What I quickly learnt, is that this quest is no easy feat!
Like so many, I thought my 20s were supposed to be about checking off society’s milestones: building a career, settling down, buying a home, and achieving financial stability—all before 30. We’re told that following this formula will lead to happiness and fulfillment. But the reality? Life isn’t linear. Many of us feel unfulfilled, lost, or stuck—even when we’ve achieved everything we were told to strive for.
I know this because I’ve been there - in pursuit of the “conventional life,” I ignored my instincts, silenced my inner voice, and drifted so far out of alignment with my purpose that it took an existential crisis to wake me up. Not ideal - but that wake-up call changed everything. It forced me to reconnect with myself, my truth, and what I wanted my life to look like.
What I discovered was that the tools and support I needed weren’t readily available—and I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. So, I created Holding Space with Grace, with a mission is to ensure other women have access to the spaces, tools, guidance, and community they need to design a life they truly love.

I want to create a world where we support one another, no matter how different our journeys may look. I want to change the conversations we’re having about success, purpose, and fulfillment, and provide a safe, judgment-free space for women to feel uplifted, empowered, and unconditionally loved.
Since starting Holding Space with Grace, I’ve seen this vision grow into something greater than I ever imagined. In 2024, our community has nearly tripled in size, a testament to how deeply women are craving these spaces and connections. What began as an idea has evolved into an industry-leading, game-changing platform for personal and professional transformation.
A NEW ERA
As we look ahead to 2025, I’m excited to expand HSWG into a new era of retreats and immersive experiences that will take our mission even further - creating opportunities for deeper connection, growth, and alignment, giving women the space to step fully into their power and purpose.
Holding Space with Grace is a movement towards conscious living, intentional leadership, and meaningful growth. It’s a space where women can rise together, exchange knowledge, and inspire one another to live boldly and authentically, with the support of aligned community.
