RETREAT HEALTH + SAFETY WAIVER

1. Acknowledgment of Activities and Risks

This retreat includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions

• Workshops and discussions

• Use of the heated pool, infrared sauna, gym, and other amenities

• Free time to explore the surroundings

• Outdoor activities including firepit gatherings and BBQ dinners

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities. I acknowledge the following:

• I am responsible for consulting with my healthcare provider prior to participating in yoga, breathwork, or physical activities.

• If I have any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations, I will inform the retreat organizers prior to the event.

• I will immediately stop any activity if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any adverse effects.

3. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I might incur as a result of participating in this retreat. This includes risks associated with the use of facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, and outdoor areas.

4. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grace Henry-Hicks, Holding Space with Grace, and all associated instructors, facilitators, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat.

5. Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat. I give permission to Holding Space with Grace to use these images for promotional purposes on websites, social media, and other marketing channels.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand the cancellation policy outlined by Holding Space with Grace and agree to any applicable terms regarding refunds, substitutions, or changes to the event.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to participate in a respectful and supportive manner, honoring the shared spaces, fellow participants, and facilitators. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in my dismissal from the retreat without refund.
