Over time, that disconnects us from our bodies, our clarity, and each other. Isolation keeps us small. Community brings us home.

Holding Space with Grace creates immersive gatherings, retreats, and experiences designed to expand awareness, deepen self-understanding, and unlock what’s already within you - so you can live, lead, and choose from a place of truth.​ This isn’t about fixing yourself or escaping your life. It’s about being resourced and supported. Grounded in belonging and nervous system safety. So you can move forward with clarity and joy.

Across 111 acres of stillness and sky, Austinvilla Estate is an ancient sanctuary. Open landscapes, winding nature trails, and quiet pockets of solitude invite you to step out of the pace of everyday life and reconnect with the land, yourself, and the women around you.

Here, the body settles and attention widens. Walk the land, sit under open sky, or simply be - immersed in a rich, preserved ecosystem that supports presence and clarity.
This is the home of Holding Space with Grace. Our experiences are held by the land itself - our anchor and co-facilitator - shaping how we move, connect, and reflect together. This is not about escape, but about returning: to awareness, presence, community, and self.

Meet the Founder
Grace Henry-Hicks is the founder of Holding Space with Grace - a modern village for women, created to restore connection, clarity, and conscious leadership in a disconnected world.

After years working in high-performance environments, Grace witnessed a pattern she could no longer ignore: systems that reward output over presence, achievement over wellbeing, and constant striving over truth. What was missing wasn’t ambition or capability, but spaces that allow people to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise.

Holding Space with Grace was born from this understanding.​ To help people reconnect with their truth and purpose, Grace creates safe, intentional spaces that invite self-discovery, meaningful inquiry, and a remembering of what already lives within them - through immersive events, retreats, and gatherings.

Each experience blends education, embodiment, and community - supporting a return to self that continues to guide how people live and lead long after they leave the land.
