I could not recommend this enough for anyone hoping to dive deeper into their behaviors, psyche, and all-around life experience. Grace is deeply in tune with you throughout the session - I felt heard, valued, and respected within the space. Not only did I learn more about who I am, but Grace also gave me the tools and real-life examples to apply these teachings going forward. Her words clicked, and there were many ah-ha moments for me.
