This is an intentional, immersive gathering - not a panel or networking event - designed to slow the pace and invite women to arrive fully. Across the day, we move through a curated journey that honours where women have come from, grounds us in the present moment, and opens space to consciously shape what comes next.
Guided by leading voices in Australia across feminine wisdom, health, leadership, and conscious creation, this gathering offers a lived experience of what becomes possible when we lead from alignment, self-trust, and connection.

For a limited number of women, Austinvilla opens as a place to remain - allowing the day to soften, deepen, and fully integrate. The evening is shared through an intimate community dinner and integration gathering alongside our incredible facilitators and fellow guests. Time slows. Conversation deepens. You are held in presence, connection, and stillness, followed by a full night’s rest on the land.
Morning lands gently - with movement, shared nourishment, and space to anchor clarity and intention before returning to the world beyond the rollinghills. This is where the gathering becomes something more. A continuation. A communion. A shared moment that lingers.
