Cassey Maynard, also known as DJ Heart Beat, brings a transformative energy to the decks. With roots in Northern Rivers and a background spanning Sydney to Dubai, she shifted from the corporate world of luxury liquor sales to a life dedicated to music, movement, and healing. At 41, Cassey’s sets blend rhythmic beats and soulful melodies, inviting listeners to connect deeply with themselves and reclaim their magic.
Drawing from her experience as a Bondi trainer, ceremonialist, and holistic healer, Cassey creates a unique sonic journey—mixing house, disco, and instrumental vibes. Each set reflects her personal evolution, from overcoming corporate burnout and personal loss to embracing a sober life, infusing her music with depth and authenticity. Whether sparking the dance floor or leading a cacao ceremony, Cassey’s sound is an invitation to dance, heal, and experience music on a soul-deep level.
