Grace Henry-Hicks is the visionary founder of Holding Space with Grace—a movement dedicated to helping women break free from subconscious limitations and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Grace began her career in property, building a successful path in a high-performance environment. But beneath the surface, she craved spaces that nurtured both ambition and alignment—where women could grow professionally and personally, without having to choose. When she couldn’t find them, she became determined to create them.

Today, Grace leads one of Australia’s most respected platforms for personal and professional growth.
