Specialising in reproductive health, pregnancy, preconception, and postpartum care, Katherine is passionate about educating women on their ability to heal through a holistic approach to nutritional medicine. She is the founder of All Things Better, a supplement company dedicated to formulating evidence-based, therapeutic supplements, including Natal Support and Stress and Sleep Support.
